Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for its E-Z Mart locations in Idabel, OK. This role requires hands-on leadership, owning store performance, and guiding a team across all shifts.

The position offers competitive hourly pay with overtime, weekly pay, benefits including 401(k) and PTO, and a $1500 sign-on bonus after six months. You must be able to cover all shifts, including evenings and holidays, and maintain safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Open availability to cover any shift, including evenings and overnights.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance for banking duties.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Lead by example in all store operations, including cleaning and upselling.
• Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days but available for any shift.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean, and maintain facilities.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, train new team members focusing on growth.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking, deposits; must have license, vehicle, insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while hitting sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and support deli or QSR operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
