GPM Investments, LLC in Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4421. You will support daily store operations, supervise staff, handle cash and deposits, and ensure excellent customer service on every shift.

The role requires open availability (weekends and holidays) and will include second or third shifts. The position is full-time with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
• Physical readiness for tasks like cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas such as pumps.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient in English with basic math.
• Willing to learn.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification must be (or become) obtained.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
