GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4457 in Broken Bow, OK. The role supports the Store Manager across daily operations, handles register duties with a focus on accuracy, and leads a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Open availability for weekends/holidays and second or third shifts is required. The position includes weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for bank deposits.
• Physical ability to clean restrooms, take out trash, and maintain exterior areas.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store operations.
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including pumps and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, overseeing store finances.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
