Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations at Store 2727096Q in Wilson, NC. The RAM will lead the restaurant team, coach members, and partner with management to uphold Circle K standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The RAM oversees shift duties, trains staff, and ensures compliance with food safety, cash handling, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with team leadership experience.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and safety regulations.
• Availability for shift work including opening/closing times.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service; coaches and corrects team.
• Directs team and assigns shift duties; ensures completion.
• Ensures food items are prepared and served per brand and health standards.
• Completes end of shift paperwork, cash counts, and inventory tasks as required.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment through housekeeping duties.
• In RM absence, RAM handles daily/weekly/monthly paperwork and duties.
