The RAM partners with the Restaurant Manager to achieve financial and operational metrics, participates in training, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. A proven leader with guest-service focus is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff supervision.
• Lead and coach team members in RM's absence.
• Ensure food quality and accuracy of orders per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and health code compliance across the restaurant.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and shift reports.
• Complete administrative tasks when RM is unavailable.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
