Circle K in Charlotte seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. The RAM leads and coaches team members and partners with the management team to uphold brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Shift availability is Days and Evenings for a part-time role. The RAM will manage service quality, food safety, and daily paperwork while supporting a profitable operation and living Circle K values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach the team.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and supervise housekeeping duties.
• Direct food prep and service in line with Brand, Company and health regulations.
• Cascade information to team and assist with new product training.
• Cast to ensure product quality, food safety and operational standards.
• Monitor cash, sales and inventory records; complete shift paperwork.
• In RM's absence, handle daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and counts.
• Ensure a safe environment by following laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports per policy and assist with financial and operational metrics.
