The RAM leads and coaches staff and collaborates with the RM to meet financial and operational targets.

Flexible shift availability and full-time hours are required. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to health regulations, while driving a profitable operation.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.

• Coaches on food prep and production management; trains new product knowledge.
• Maintains cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end-of-shift paperwork.
• In RM's absence, completes daily, weekly, and end-of-period duties.
