Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and lead the team at Store 2723412Q in Jonesville, SC. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff in RM's absence, and ensure guest satisfaction through coaching and adherence to brand standards.

The RAM will manage shifts, maintain cleanliness, monitor cash and inventory, and uphold health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional service and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; partner with management to uphold standards.
• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner; coach and correct conduct.
• Direct team, assign shift duties, ensure compliance with brand, company, and health regulations.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory; complete shift and end-of-day paperwork; report discrepancies.
• Ensure food quality and safety; communicate information to team; support training and onboarding.
