Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the RM.

RAM leads and coaches team members, ensures brand standards and health regulations are met, and partners with management to drive a profitable restaurant. This full-time position requires flexibility across shifts and a strong guest-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records and completes shift paperwork
