Banana Republic in Albuquerque is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead the team. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best‑in‑class experience for shoppers.

You will partner with the General Manager to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, execute the store strategy, manage schedules, and maintain operational standards while representing the brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and drive standards.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the Banana Republic brand and engage with the community.
