Gap Inc.’s Old Navy division seeks an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coaching a brand-committed team and driving sales growth through customer experience and merchandising excellence.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to develop a high-performing team, implement plans, and leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused store leadership experience or potential.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and metrics.
• Willingness to work holiday/evening/weekend shifts.
• Ability to operate retail technologies and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Set tone for store and team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development.
• Support execution of store strategy with GM/AGM to meet performance goals.
• Coach and mentor Leads, Experts and Brand Associates for high performance.
• Lead Service Leader duties and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Represent brand and analyze retail landscape to stay competitive.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
• Maintain compliance with all standards and store policies.
