Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Old Navy to drive store sales and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will collaborate with leadership to coach and activate brand standards, merchandising, and daily operations to meet performance goals.

You will recruit and develop a Brand Associate team, own designated areas, and ensure adherence to store procedures while promoting community engagement and a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and process execution.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area and implement plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
