Old Navy is looking for an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and guide a high-performing team, driving profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will collaborate with leadership to execute store strategy, coaching Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and reach performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
