Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and motivate a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment. You will drive profitable sales, coach Brand Associates and Experts, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include executing store strategies, managing daily operations, and collaborating with leadership to achieve performance goals while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience is desired.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Experience coaching and mentoring to develop staff.
• Ability to use metrics to drive store performance.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and ensure accountability.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and lead by example.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the Athleta brand and stay aware of the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and brand presence locally.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
