Athleta in Raleigh seeks an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Working with the General Manager and leadership, you will coach Leads and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team and execute store strategy to hit performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication to interact with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
