Gap Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store, lead the team, and bring our brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Collaborating with the General Manager, you will coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience, manage shifts, and ensure compliance and omni-channel execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
