Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area and implement plans for efficiency and productivity.
• Lead in-store operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and stay ahead of retail competition.
• Support omni-channel initiatives to deliver a frictionless experience.
