UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Gahanna, OH area to guide a team and uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience. The role involves supervising staff, managing daily storefront operations, and ensuring accurate POS and gas transactions while maintaining store standards.

You will support scheduling, training, and customer interactions across 37–40 hours weekly, with potential for 1st–3rd shifts. Pay ranges roughly align with local retail pay scales.

Competenze

• Experience delivering guest service in a retail or food/beverage environment.
• Ability to supervise and coach other associates and conduct mini interviews.
• Comfort with cash handling, POS transactions and the gas/convenience setting.

• Supervise associates and support the Store Manager with daily tasks.
• Ensure Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered on every shift.
