Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Columbus, OH to help deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise staff to ensure outstanding service while keeping store operations safe and efficient during a full-time 37–40 hour work week.

You will oversee shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd), manage cash handling at the POS and gas console, train Shift Leaders, review weekly delivery reports, and uphold all laws, regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions and make change.
• Experience in customer service and front-line supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and provide coaching and training for Shift Leaders and Guest Services.
• Oversee store administration tasks including ordering, delivery reports, and paperwork.
• Uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience from greeting Guests to ensuring satisfaction and return visits.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain dip cabinet readiness.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness and proper product rotation.
• Monitor security and cash control procedures during shifts.
• Ensure maintenance of store and equipment and compliance with policies.
