Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to deliver outstanding guest service through the Hi Five Guest Experience across 37–40 hours per week, with 1st–3rd shifts. The role includes supervising staff, handling store administration, and ensuring compliance with alcohol/tobacco sale laws.

Knowledge of POS and gas console operations is required, along with strong English communication, customer service, and physical ability to lift up to 21 pounds.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales as required by state law.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS and store equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds.
• Willingness to work 37–40 hours weekly across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach shift staff; conduct interviews.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork.
• Ensure Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage beverage/service area.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions.
• Maintain stock, shelves, and cleanliness.
• Monitor security and cash handling procedures.
• Record time and complete required documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
