Job summary

UDF Norwood, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure outstanding service during your shift. This full-time position (37–40 hours weekly) may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift with a pay range of $14.75–$16.75 per hour.

You will supervise associates, oversee store administration, cash handling, and daily operations to keep the store safe, clean, and inviting. Must be legally qualified to sell alcohol/tobacco where required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified under Ohio state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Experience supervising store staff and guest service excellence.
• Ability to operate POS and handle transactions.
• Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
