Holiday Oil Company in Sandy, Utah is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a Utah driver license.
• Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to open/close stores on a Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
