Job summary

Holiday Oil Co. in Sandy, UT seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage cash handling and inventory, schedule shifts, and uphold safety and company policies while delivering friendly service. Previous retail or leadership experience is preferred, with store discounts and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Open/close store Sunday–Saturday.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
