Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Open and close stores on a Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Effective communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to train staff and work with a team to accomplish tasks.
• Customer- and employee-focused demeanor.
• Willingness to learn about and train store products.
• Ability to remain calm with upset customers.
• Schedule flexibility to support business needs.
• Valid Utah driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
