Holiday Oil Co. in Taylorsville, UT is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage cash handling, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, training ability, and strong communication skills. This role requires flexibility to open/close and work across Sundays through Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Open/close stores across Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
