The role covers cash handling, inventory control, scheduling, and training. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and help maintain store standards. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within a family-owned chain.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
• Experience with cash handling and daily sales reports.
• Familiarity with inventory and ordering processes.
• Willingness to open/close stores and work Sundays through Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
