Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to open/close stores on a Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Utah driver’s license and safe driving record preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
