Falcon Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Assistant Manager Collections to support store operations under the Store Manager. The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and maintaining quality standards while promoting timely rental/lease payment renewals and strong customer relations.

The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with flexibility to work nights and weekends as business dictates.

• Prepare and review store reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain cash assets and manage inventory.
• Schedule daily activities and allocate tasks to staff.
• Uphold professional appearance and customer service standards.
