Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections, deliver outstanding customer service, and coordinate deliveries and pickups for customers in our stores and in their homes.

The role emphasizes a servant-hearted approach, reliability, and the ability to lift and move products while maintaining safety and accuracy in merchandising and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely following handling procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
