Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience.

• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including weekends/holidays.

• Ability to process information through the POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by aligning engagement, merchandising, operations and community connection with standards.
• Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, ensuring the team delivers memorable experiences.
• Partner with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives to maintain brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Assist in training, operations, inventory management, store administration and cleaning duties when necessary.
• Foster development and accountability within the team and manage POS/computer system processes.
• Assist in hiring qualified candidates and support staffing decisions.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside the specific role.
