Job summary

You will ensure merchandise presentation, maintain stockrooms, manage front end operations, and follow loss prevention and safety procedures while upholding Company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure store environment and reports unsafe conditions.
• Treats customers, associates, and leaders with respect and courtesy.
• Represent and uphold the Ross brand; maintain a professional appearance and store cleanliness.
• Oversees merchandising, stockroom organization and backstock processing.
• Monitors loss prevention and safeguards cash, merchandise and data.
• Supervises front-end operations, trains associates, and manages break schedules.
• Maintains fitting rooms and ensures tag compliance and cleanliness.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
