Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure store environment and reports unsafe conditions.
• Supervises Associates and ensures proper store operations when on duty.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and a clean, well‑stocked sales floor.
• Executes front end operations and cashier procedures to meet service standards.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash handling and store policies.
• Manages payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling.
