Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and merchandised store area.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and stock organization.
• Enforce loss prevention and security procedures.
• Train and coach associates on cash handling and front-end procedures.
• Support store operations and implement company best practices.
