You will lead a team, manage schedules, support training, maintain signage and pricing, handle shipments and returns, and uphold safety standards. This role offers growth toward future leadership in a fast-paced, values-driven retailer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience required.
• Prior customer service, training, and merchandise handling experience preferred.
• Computer skills include Google Workspace (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Bridge customer issues between store and corporate support for timely resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective area work schedules.
• Guide and support team to complete tasks and stay motivated.
• Assist training for store associates and growth opportunities.
• Manage merchandise presentation, signage, stock, and in-store flow.
