Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience required.
• Prior customer service experience and training experience preferred.
• Computer skills include Google Workspace (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge customer issues with corporate service for effective resolution.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion.
• Assist in training store associates and foster growth across all levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate signage, pricing, and backroom stock management.
• Verify pricing accuracy of incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
• Handle packaways, returns, transfers, and recalls per policy.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards; open/close when designated.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
