The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, training, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining safety and accuracy across tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments.
• Prior customer service experience and training valued; merchandising ordering/receiving/stocking experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google platform tools (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge customer service between store and corporate teams for issue resolution.
• Promote company initiatives and handle merchandising in assigned area.
• Create effective work schedules and guide the team to complete tasks.
• Support training and growth opportunities across store levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage according to guidelines.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and daily inventory flow; handle returns per policy.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and operate the register as needed.
