Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in retail environments.
• Prior customer service experience, training experience, and merchandise handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele.
• Help create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Support store leadership and training for team members.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and adherence to company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate signage, pricing, and backroom stock management.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions when required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
