Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional retail experience.
• Customer service and training experience preferred.
• Experience with merchandising, receiving, stocking and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and merchandising of assigned areas.
• Ensure smooth freight flow and exceptional customer service.
• Create work schedules for the assigned area.
• Support training and growth opportunities for team members.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and signage; manage backroom stock.
• Open/close procedures and operate cash register when needed.
• Uphold store safety and company policies.
