Qualifications

• 1+ years professional retail experience
• Customer service and training experience preferred
• Merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking and maintenance experience preferred
• Computer skills: Google Workspace and Qlik
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment
• Bridge customer service between customers and corporate
• Promote company initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions)
• Create effective work schedules for your area
• Guide and support your team to complete tasks
• Support training for store associates
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage
• Verify pricing accuracy and daily manifest checks
• Handle returns, transfers, recalls per policy
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards
• When designated, supervise store operations including opening/closing
• Operate a cash register as needed
