Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional retail experience.
• Prior customer service experience and training experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google tools and basic data/merchandising software.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge communication between customers and corporate customer service.
• Promote company-wide initiatives, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Create effective work schedules for assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates and growth across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure timely adherence to guidelines.
• Maintain signage and ticketing; control ordering, backroom stock, and flow.
• Verify pricing on incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
• Handle packaways, returns, and transfers per policy.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
