Ocean State Job Lot seeks a Store Area Supervisor to oversee daily operations and merchandising of assigned areas, ensuring smooth freight flow and an exceptional customer experience under the guidance of a Team Leader.

Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments.
• Customer service experience and training experience preferred.
• Merchandising, receiving, stocking and backroom maintenance experience helpful.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
• Bridge customers with corporate support to resolve issues.
• Promote loyalty programs, promotions and donor initiatives.
• Create effective work schedules for the area.
• Guide and support the team to complete tasks and motivate them.
• Assist with training for store associates in your area.
