Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or similar environment.
• Customer service, training, and inventory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google apps and Qlik.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and inclusive environment.
• Bridge customer service with corporate resolution.
• Schedule work for assigned area.
• Guide and support team for task completion.
• Assist with store training and growth.
• Manage visual merchandising and signage.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and daily checks.
• Handle packouts, returns, and transfers.
• Uphold safety and maintenance standards.
• Open/close procedures when required.
• Operate cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies.
