The role emphasizes developing the team, managing schedules, and maintaining pricing accuracy and display standards, while supporting store initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience required.
• Prior customer service and training experience preferred.
• Experience with merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service, ensuring effective resolution for all.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (e.g., donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for your assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to your team to ensure task completion and cultivate a collaborative environment.
• Support training for store associates in your area, fostering opportunities for growth across all levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation, ensuring timely adherence to Company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate signage and ticketing, exercising control through proper ordering and backroom stock management.
