Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments required.
• Prior customer service, training, and merchandise ordering/receiving experience preferred.
• Computer skills with Google suite (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge customer service with corporate teams to resolve issues.

• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Guide and support the team to complete tasks and grow.

• Maintain accurate signage and ticketing; oversee backroom stock and floor flow.
• Verify pricing accuracy of shipments and address discrepancies.
• Identify and display priority items effectively; handle packouts and returns.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards; supervise operations when needed.
• Operate a cash register as required; adhere to company policies.
