Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in other retail environments is required.
• Prior customer service, training, and merchandise ordering experience preferred.
• Computer skills include Google suite (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives and ensure effective merchandising and promotions.
• Create effective work schedules for assigned area and guide team members.
• Support training and growth opportunities across all levels in the store.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure proper signage and stock control.
• Verify pricing on incoming shipments and perform daily manifest checks.
