This role is a development path toward store leadership, encouraging growth opportunities, training of associates, and adherence to company policies. You must have 1+ year in retail and be able to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail
• Prior customer service, training, and merchandise ordering experience preferred
• Computer skills including Google platforms and Qlik

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Bridge communication between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates and growth opportunities.
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage in line with company guidelines.
• Verify pricing and handle returns, transfers, and stock movements as required.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
• Open/close procedures as designated and operate a cash register as needed.
