Job summary

REI is seeking a Senior Manager of Store Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and business planning for our Stores organization. You will manage a team of analysts and partner across the co-op to translate data into clear insights and actions.

You will shape how we measure store performance in an omnichannel environment, building dashboards used by thousands of employees and guiding leaders to improve outcomes for stores and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work in data analysis or data science.
• 5+ years of experience leading data or data science teams.
• Experience turning business needs into research, analysis, and advice for senior leaders.
• Graduate degree in a relevant quantitative field is preferred.
• Experience with predictive or prescriptive models and large reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of data experts. Set clear goals and support career growth.
• Build a data plan for stores including reports, dashboards, tests, data science, and business plans.
• Turn complex data into clear facts to help leaders improve store results and customer experience.
• Create models and tools to support store plans, tests, and resource choices across store and digital channels.
• Guide store data and dashboard needs; work with Technology and data teams to improve data quality and access.
• Set priorities across REI and share results in actionable ways.
