Job summary

REI in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Initiatives to partner across the co‑op, build business cases, and commercialize high‑impact programs that grow revenue and improve the customer experience across digital and physical channels.

You will lead multi‑year, cross‑functional initiatives, leverage store and online data, develop strategies, and drive execution with Stores, Digital, Supply Chain, Product Management and other teams, while mentoring new talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail, consumer goods, product management, consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading large cross‑divisional initiatives, often multi‑year.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams and levels.
• Experience using channel data and customer insights to develop strategic initiatives that secure funding and momentum.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field, or equivalent mix of school and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build business cases and lead programs that drive growth, optimization, and customer experience.
• Partner across the organization to implement scalable programs with positive customer and commercial outcomes.
• Leverage customer, commercial, financial, and external insights to drive actions across teams.
• Lead several initiatives simultaneously at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Stores, Digital, Supply Chain, Product Management & other teams to develop new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to drive the business forward.
• Provide leaders with clear updates on initiatives & business performance. Surface risk & opportunity as needed.
• Help build a team where people feel welcomed and can do their best work.
