Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI) is seeking a Senior Manager, Store Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and planning for our Stores organization. You will manage a team of analysts and partner with cross-functional teams to turn data into clear insights and practical actions.

You will shape how we measure store performance across our omnichannel business, building and maintaining dashboards used by thousands of employees to help leaders improve store results and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work in data analysis or data science (models, tests, reports, visuals).
• 5+ years of experience leading data or data science teams.
• Experience turning business needs into research, analysis, and clear advice for senior leaders.
• Experience with predictive or prescriptive models, store/retail data, and large reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of data experts; set goals and provide feedback.
• Build a data plan for stores covering reports, dashboards, tests, data science, and business plans.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for store performance and customer experience.
• Create models and tools to support store plans, tests, and resource decisions across store and digital channels.
• Guide store data and dashboard needs and improve data quality and access with Technology and data teams.
• Align across REI to set priorities and share results to drive action.
