Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analytics Lead to drive data-driven improvements across Store Operations. You will leverage Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python to deliver actionable insights that improve customer and associate experiences while lifting sales and efficiency.

You will partner with IT, Strategy, Finance, Loss Prevention, and other teams to identify opportunities, quantify impact, and support payroll analytics and labor modeling as part of merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years post-college experience, preferably with a top-tier retailer or consulting firm.
• Experience in retail, operations, business analysis, and continuous improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, development, implementation, and measurement of operational improvement initiatives.
• Analyze labor, payroll, and business data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Serve as SME on store labor and payroll models, supporting optimization.
• Partner with Store Ops, Planning, Strategy, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define requirements with stakeholders for reporting tools and user-facing solutions.
